Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and farm-fresh nature of our products, returns are limited.
1. Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if:
- Product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect
- Complaint is raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Proof (photo/video) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Fresh produce and perishable items (unless defective)
- Opened or used products
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
4. Replacement
Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of refund
5. Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
