Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and farm-fresh nature of our products, returns are limited.

1. Eligible Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • Product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect
  • Complaint is raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Proof (photo/video) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Fresh produce and perishable items (unless defective)
  • Opened or used products

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

4. Replacement

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of refund

5. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
